LearnEM Refund Policy

Conference / Course Registration

Cancellations must be received in writing – mail, email or fax to the Course / Conference Coordinator. Cancellations will not be deemed to be received until you have written confirmation from the Course / Conference Coordinator. If you have not received acknowledgement within two business days, please contact the Course / Conference Coordinator.

Cancellations postmarked a minimum of 28 days prior to the Course / Conference will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations received less than 28 days prior to the course will receive a 50% refund.

Printed Version : ABCDs of Emergency Medicine

We guarantee the quality of the books including the binding, paper and hard cover. If the book does not meet your expectations you are free to return it to us. It should be returned to LearnEM, PO Box 865, Modbury, South Australia, 5092. Provided it is returned within 6 weeks of purchase and the book remains in good condition, a refund equivalent to the initial cost of the book will be provided.

Damaged during delivery : If the book is damaged during delivery it should be returned and a replacement book will be provided. The cost of the return postage will be refunded upon receipt of the damaged book.

On-Line Courses

We guarantee the quality of our on-line courses however if the course does not meet your expectations you may receive a refund within 14 days of enrolling in the course providing you have not viewed or submitted any of the course quizzes. The pre-course quiz is exempted as this is completed before you can view the course.
