The Emergency Medicine Education and Training program (EMET) is an initiative funded by a Commonwealth grant to the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine for the development of teaching and training opportunities for staff working in Emergency Departments with minimal or no consultant support in Emergency Medicine.

For Clinicians, Nurses, Paramedics and Student who want to grow their skills in Emergency Medicine
For the Clinician, Nurse, Paramedic or Student who wishes to explore acute care practice more widely the CPD accredited courses provide fully accredited interactive CPD courses covering all areas of Emergency Medicine from Critical Care and ALS through to Ventilation, Advanced Airway Management, Emergency Paediatrics, ECG interpretation, Acute Orthopaedics, Eye emergencies, Pain Management, Procedural Sedation, Blood gas interpretation, Bedside Ultrasound and Emergency Obstetrics.
The courses are specifically designed for medical officers, nurses, paramedics and students in all medical fields and are Certified for between 6 - 12 hours of continuing medical education. A CPD Certificate is provided with successful completion of the course. Participants may choose to undertake single courses or purchase a Course Bundle (10 or 15 courses for 12 months) or VIP access (all current and future courses for 2 years).
