The RDWA GP Inservice Workshop is delivered using a combination of online learning of core material with a hand's on skills / simulation workshop. It is the goal of this online course to review basic and advanced life support and the principles for the assessment and commence management of the seriously ill patient.

Topics covered in the course include include:

• Basic and Advanced Life Support

• Assessment and Resuscitation of the Critically Ill Patient

• Basic Airway Management

• Acute Respiratory Distress and Non-invasive Ventilation

• Circulatory Shock and Sepsis

• Cardiac Arrhythmias: ECG Diagnosis, Cardiac Pacing, Cardioversion
